505 Games has released a demo of their upcoming third person tactical shooter Sniper Elite V2 on Xbox LIVE and on the PlayStation Network. A PC demo is set for release later this month.
Sniper Elite V2 is a full reboot of the original title release 7 years ago with the story revolving around an undercover American agent who takes on his enemies across a range of locations during the Battle of Berlin as he attempts to find out about the German V-2 rocket programme.
The demo shows off a specially prepared section from one of the games early missions. You will be playing as agent Karl Fairburne on the streets of dilapidated Schoenberg as you lay a booby-trap for an enemy convoy.
The game has been developed by UK studio Rebellion and is due for release on May 4th for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and for the PC.
