Xbox Free Play Days carries Black Ops 7, Ready or Not, and more this weekend

The weekly Xbox Free Play Days promotion is back, and this time it is carrying four games to try out. Over the weekend, Xbox players are able to jump into Dustborn, Ready or Not, Polterguys: Possession Party, and Sudden Strike 4.

Being that Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 is kicking off early access to its open beta this weekend, too, that"s also a part of the festivities. However, this will require an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription.

The Black Ops 7 beta comes with six maps, five modes, and a horde of weapons to try out straight from the final experience. Moreover, zombies will be a part of the beta for the first time too, with Vandorn Farm being live for players to survive on.

Moving onto full games, Ready or Not brings its tactical FPS action for fans of classic SWAT titles. Set in the crime-ridden fictional city of Los Suenos, the game has players thrust into tense situations like hostage rescues, drug busts, and bomb threats, where they must methodically clear entire structures. It can be played both solo and in multiplayer.

Stepping away from shooters, Dustborn is a narrative-focused action-adventure game where players are able to harness the power of language to influence people and reality. Taking the role of con artist Pax, players will be going on a road trip with a ragtag crew of misfits.

Next, party game fans can jump into Polterguys: Possession Party. This is a chaotic multiplayer experience where players become ghosts to avoid a hunter. The twist comes from how players can sabotage their fellow ghosts to survive longer. Lastly, Sudden Strike 4 is a large-scale real-time strategy game set during World War II. The title offers multiple angles of attack for its missions, letting players decide how they want to complete objectives and win battles.

Here are the announced games and the platforms they are available to play on:

  • Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 - Open Beta (Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PC)
  • Dustborn (Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One)
  • Polterguys: Possession Party (Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One)
  • Sudden Strike 4 – European Battlefields Edition (Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One)
  • Ready or Not (Xbox Series X|S, PC)

This weekend"s Free Play Days promotions will end on Sunday, October 5, at 11:59 pm PT. Following this, expect another round of games to enter the program next week on October 9.
