Unbelievable.

I thought Microsoft swore not to do anymore 'Plus!' packs?!

This had better be free through Windows Update Ultimate Extra's or I'll..... Scream.....

Pales in comparison to the Win 95 Plus! Pack, the "Mystery" theme I'll probably never forget!

Looks like a good deal for Windows Home Basic users. From the description it adds Aero and Windows Media Center.

Is this 4 games only? If so, that's pretty lame and shouldn't be called a Plus Pack.

I agree. This is just a typical 'rubbish' release.

I get the feeling "Ultimate Extras" was simply a marketing ploy to suck people into getting Ultimate. They seem to have all but abandoned it hmm.gif perhaps after they are finished with Vista SP1, we might get some more extras..maybe.

here is your source

http://www.microsoft.com/windows/plus/default.mspx

Microsoft has discontinued Plus! SuperPack for Windows XP and Plus! Digital Media Edition. Many of the features and tools that have been enjoyed for years now can be found in new Microsoft titles and services including Windows Vista™. For more information Click Here
The Microsoft Plus titles will be available in retail outlets while supplies last.
Customers will receive product support for up to three years from purchase date or through April 30, 2010, whichever date is reached first.
