Do replies of posts have to be in such an annoying list?

Is it possible to view forum threads in the good old conventional way as it is just not feasible and is quite annoying having to click on each link to view each response to a forum... pfffft :(

That's alot better thanks Si. I really don't see the point in that other view. I imagine theres a valid reason for it, otherwise it wouldn't be there, but personally and imagine alot of people will find it not only irritating but hard to use. Thanks for the tip though, i think this option should be made more aware to users :)

Actually i guess it isn't too hard to change from Options. But maybe the standard view would be best as default

It IS the default. You got your mode changed when you clicked on a Google or other search engine link that was set to Linear or Outline. Since you were logged into Neowin when you did that, your setting got changed.

You can change it from the top right, click Options > and select what view you want.

If it continues to happen, you just need to keep changing it. Hopefully IPB3 fixes such issues, but I don't know about that.
