james hetfield "metallica" liver issues?

Recommended Posts

sorry if i posted this in the wrong section but i heard a rumor awhile back that james the frontman from metallica is having some liver issues and his enzyme count was way off. in case you didn't know he was a heavy drinker back in the 80's-90's until he sought treatment in 2002 and got sober.

i just saw some xmas photos of him and he sorta looks frail and thin as can be. i also have been posting about it on the metallica fourms and any posts related to his weight get deleted. leads me to believe that something may be up? i may be overreacting but ive been a huge fan of the band since 91' and james is almost like a part of my family in a way as crazy as that sounds.

does anyone have any insight into this? have you heard any rumors or concerns?

Whilst I am not sure how healthy he is, I can assure you that with the amount of money he has he would have no problem seeking the best medical services available IF he needed them.

How'd that work out for Steve Jobs?

How'd that work out for Steve Jobs?

The reason he died was his own stubbornness. After they found the cancer he waited 9 months against all medical advice from the greatest minds money could buy believing that he could fix it through herbal remedies and purging. It was only after all that failed that he went for the surgery but by then it was too late it had already spread to his liver and he then needed a liver transplant. It's all documented in his biography.

I'm pretty confident that had he got the tumour removed immediately he would still be alive to this day.

I saw in the thread on MetBB people commenting about posts getting deleted, and assumed it was because they were mentioning some illness or other.

It's ********. It was a rumour that started on Blabbermouth (of all places) and it is quite obviously ridiculous. If you look at Hetfield in the 90's and 80's he was even thinner than he is now. All he's done is got back in shape after being a bit portly for a few years.

The reason all the threads get deleted is just that - it's ******** and it's a malicious rumour started by some anti-metallica douchebag on Blabbermouth.net

The device features an AMOLED touchscreen display protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3 that should offer improved scratch resistance and durability. The Charge 6 is equipped with a range of sensors including an optical heart rate sensor, a 3-axis accelerometer, built-in GPS with GLONASS support, red and infrared sensors for SpO2 monitoring, a skin temperature sensor, an ambient light sensor, a vibration motor, NFC, and multipurpose electrical sensors compatible with the ECG and EDA Scan apps. In terms of water resistance, the Fitbit Charge 6 has a 5 ATM rating that should make it suitable for swimming and water activities. The tracker operates in temperatures ranging from 14°F to 113°F and at altitudes of up to 28,000 feet. Moreover, the included Infinity band is made from a flexible silicone material and features a loop-and-peg fastening. The small band fits wrists measuring 5.1 to 6.7 inches, while the large band fits wrists measuring 6.7 to 8.3 inches. Both small and large bands are included in the box. When it comes to battery performance, the Fitbit Charge 6 should deliver up to 7 days of battery life under typical usage conditions. Features such as the Always-On Display, built-in GPS, and SpO2 monitoring increase power consumption and may require more frequent charging. • TeraCopy 4.0 Build 28 by Razvan Serea TeraCopy is a compact program designed to copy and move files at the maximum possible speed, also providing you with a lot of features. Copy files faster. TeraCopy uses dynamically adjusted buffers to reduce seek times. Asynchronous copy speeds up file transfer between two physical hard drives. Pause and resume transfers. Pause copy process at any time to free up system resources and continue with a single click. Error recovery. In case of copy error, TeraCopy will try several times and in the worse case just skips the file, not terminating the entire transfer. Interactive file list. TeraCopy shows failed file transfers and lets you fix the problem and recopy only problem files. Shell integration. TeraCopy can completely replace Explorer copy and move functions, allowing you work with files as usual. TeraCopy is free for non-commercial use only. For commercial use you need to buy a license. The paid version of the program includes the following features: Copy/move to your favorite folders. Save reports as HTML and CSV files. Select files with the same extension/folder. Remove the selected files from the copy queue. Features added since version 3.17: Enhanced speed graph. New multi-threaded copy engine. Support for copying to multiple targets. Queue system for managing multiple copy operations. Support for receiving files via the LocalSend protocol. TeraCopy entry in the modern Windows Explorer context menu. Integrated toolbar in the title bar. Why receive LocalSend transfers with TeraCopy? Handle file conflicts: Skip, overwrite, or rename files when a file with the same name already exists. LocalSend always creates another copy, which can waste time and disk space, especially when resuming an interrupted transfer. Filter unwanted files: Apply ignore lists or remove files manually before accepting a transfer, so unnecessary files are not downloaded. Better performance on fast networks: In tests over a 10 Gbps connection, TeraCopy received files several times faster than the standard LocalSend app on Windows. TeraCopy 4.0 Build 28 changelog: Fixed a bug where Overwrite behaved as Overwrite All during same-drive move operations. AdvancedInstaller fixed the installer’s security vulnerability: EXE Bootstrapper resolved the %appdata% location incorrectly for the System account.
