Seems pointless employing an extra official to sit on the goal line if they cannot even see decisions like that. They need to hurry up and implement the goal line technology.

I have to say england aren't pretty to watch but they get the job done which is what hodgson did at fulham and wba and what greece did in 2004 and we know how that ended!

Not a vintage performance by any stretch of the imagination but we topped the group and won 2 out of 3. Job done, now the really hard work stars.

As for the Ukraine "goal"... As a player was offside during the buildup anyway perhaps justice prevailed.

Alex Olaxde-Chamberlin should have started the Italy game.

Rooney should not of even been in the squad.
