Can we get this updated a bit, the wording/info is a little out of date - http://www.neowin.net/irc/

Specifically

Choose your IRC Nickname by going to the IRC User Control Panel.

IRC Settings are now on that same URL but at the bottom, and it's only to change your nick. This may be confusing for some new visitors who would like to get on IRC.
