I see a lot of random text link ads on this website. Some are double-underlined and some are single-underlined. Is this an advertising method used here, or is this something on my computer creating these ads? I think these are more annoying than banners.

I have included a screenshot of what I'm talking about.

Yes we do those but they are limited in how often they may display per page, and they don't in the forums.

I'm registered. But I still see them.

EDIT: unless you mean Subscribers (those who pay).

Well only on Main.. could turn it off for Members I suppose, there are only ever 200 at most logged in, vs 5000+ guests :p

This used to drive me nuts, but I've gotten used to manoeuvring my cursor to avoid them after so many years since it's been implemented.
