Oh, I agree, IE10 still has a long way to go to match the standards compliance & speed of the latest versions of other major browsers currently available, but if you're an IE user, IE10 preview is a significant "step forward" from IE9.
We develop a browser-based scheduling app that's supported in all 5 major browsers (IE, Firefox, Chrome, Opera AND Safari), and so we regularly have to use and test all of these browsers.

that a full IE10 release date for Windows 7 will likely be at the end of this month, or early March, based upon the time between when the IE9 blocker kit was released, and then when IE9 was subsequently released. ....IE10 really can't come soon enough!!
