Need help with motherboard form factors!

I am doing a report on various types of motherboards for class. In the classroom, there is a board with different computer hardware on it, and I have to do all of the motherboards that are on the board. There is one I cannot figure out though. Can anyone please help me identify the form factor for it? 

 

I'm not trying to cheat at all, or get you to do my work, I'm just honestly confused on which type this is :/ Could it be a flex-atx?
