I'm a computer addict and i'm 5'7 155-160lbs (160lbs in winter and 155 in summer as i'm more active in summer).

 

But i also play hockey 2 or 3 times a week in winter and tennis 2-3 times a week in summer. I also walk 45 minutes every day and do bike rides in summer. Also do push ups every day when i wake up.

 

Computer is not the reason people are fat.

I'm a computer addict, and while I'm a bit overweight, I'm nowhere near that bad.

 

And I'm trying to get back in shape - going to the gym a few times a week.
