pic Help me: insect bite is really itchy what can I do?

It's just below my wrist, an obvious "bump" and about 5 mm across it is really itchy, what can I do?

Calamine Lotion works really well on itchy spots also.

PLEASE keep it clean. As someone who has dealt with sepsis 3 times from bits - just please, keep it clean. And draw a line around the redness - if it spreads then seek assistance. I don’t mean to overstate or cause concern but, don’t end up where I was!

I aways keep a Benadryl itch relief stick on hand. I have sweet blood and am always getting bitten.

Sudacrem also works pretty well!

If per chance you have scratched it open, rubbing alcohol or white vinegar are my go-to's... i get bitten alot as well! Rubbing alcohol, especially good for keeping the bite clean and the satisfaction of the burn when applying it or the vinegar is like an "O" moment
