Does Chrome still take up as much resources as it did?

I used to use Chrome but because of the memory usage and all of that, I switched to Firefox. Just wondering if Chrome has been doing better with it now? Should I switch back to Chrome?

Is it worth switching to Chrome though?

The only feature worth switching to chrome is chromecast support built in, unless Firefox has finally added it...
