Hmm... from the GitHub page (lines 91-92):

which leads us to http://www.brainjar.com/terms.asp, which states the code is licensed under a GPLv2 license.

I do hope Comcast is following all of its terms scrupulously.  After all, copyrights and licenses are important stuff.
