At one time, Samsung had software called Kies that was used for the galaxy line, but it is now called Smart Switch; http://www.samsung.com/us/smart-switch/SmartSwitchPC.exe I know you can manage apps for your device through the Google Play Website, you can update, remove, install all from the .com Music you can drag and drop from Windows Explorer, or use Google Play Music. You can upload your entire library and it will be available through Google Play Music Screen layout I am unsure of. I did come across this program that looks handy, I guess for your situation, https://www.airdroid.com/.
