NightmarE D
The medical reason is because she probably started getting the shakes from not having her usual coke, crack or heroin fix. Other medical reasons could be the STD's she's most likely carrying around. For these people on here taking up for her I don't know what to say about you all. Saying she's suffered enough? She was drunk driving and could have possibly killed someone and only does 3 days in jail? Gets off for "good behavor" before she even does any time at all. I still don't get how that can happen. She's a spoiled b*tch that gets off for everything she does because of the wealth of her family. The whole storage locker thing where she apparently didn't pay the bill and it was filled with all this porn vids and pics of her. Couple guys buy it all and put it on a website. Only to come and find out that Paris herself was making the most money from that site. It was all a complete setup to make herself a few buks. She's a worthless POS. markwolfe Veteran Posted June 7, 2007 Veteran Share Posted June 7, 2007 sorry, but to serve just 3 days of what was supposed to be a 45 day sentence? That's just taking the p**s a little bit don't you think? According to the quoted article in the first post: She served a total of three days -- the normal stay for a violation of this kind.So it seems that 3 days served in jail is typical, with the rest being some sort of probationary time. Kushan
hey paris ...ever heard of KARMA??....well guess wot?...he's comin to visit real soon **** I hope so, I feel guilty enough living my nice western lifestyle knowing there's people out there starving to death every day, then she comes along with more money than I'll ever likely have and ****es it all away by acting like a spoiled little bitch. If there's one thing wrong with this planet, it's the attention all of the media keeps giving to her.
Shane Pitman
I could care less about the celebrity of the matter. It's the biased treatment that this case has presented. A rich celebrity who is a repeat offender gets a 45 day jail sentence, gets it reduced to 23 days, goes to jail and cries about the food not being up to her standards, then mysteriously she has a "medical condition" which conveniently falls under the things that "privacy rules prohibited him from giving details about the medical issues." Then the L.A. County Sheriffs office says that she hasn't been released, she's been reassigned. "Reassigned" to her mansion just because the food in County Jail sucks and she won't eat it. So what's to happen to the rest of the inmates who feel the same way about the food? Are they going to be released to home confinement when they refuse to eat the food? Then, because she checked in at 11:30pm on Sunday night they gave her a full days credit for Sunday, and because she stayed until after 12am today, they gave her a full days credit for Thursday, so she magically went from 3 days in jail to 5. The news is saying that's an LA County rule though. If you spend a minute in custody then that day counts as a day off your sentence, which sounds fishy to me. xpablo
This iswhat you get when you have money too hire te best lawyers on the planet. They can find you legal loopholes to get above the system. Guess what people. the Hitlon's are above the law and all of us poor scum, We should now bow down and crown Paris Hilton Queen of America ! 40days house arrest where, Alfred can serve you your morning cup of tea, you can dye your toy poodles hair all the colors in the rainbow, have all your ho friends come over for a party, this time don't bogart all the Blow, Lindsey! We should make another thread on all the things poor Paris can do while under house arrest, Tennis anyone ? Hopefully she's dumb enough to leave her house while on arrest, oh I forgot Medical Condition ... this means she can leave the house to visit her doctor? , well just so happens the Doc is Partying in Vegas and Paris is do for an imediate checkup, so it's off to Vegas to Party... riahc3
First: Read the ****ing article She was originally sentenced to 45 days in jail, but that was reduced to 23. She served a total of three days -- the normal stay for a violation of this kind. So I ask; what the hell is everyone bitching about? Second: WHO GIVES A ****? Honestly, for this are you going to get sick? Are you going to do anything about it personally? Is this going to drastically change your life? Since Paris is out, is she going to blow you? Do you feel higher and better about yourself? The answer to all these questions is NO so I don't know what is the point in bitching about this. cosine
So I ask; what the hell is everyone bitching about? I HAVE NEVER PERSONALLY INTERACTED WITH HER IN ANY WAY BUT SHE'S STILL A DUMB ###### AND I HATE HER AND I HOPE SHE DIES OKAY THIS IS SERIOUS BUDDY Frankly, I think anyone who would honestly wish death on someone they barely know simply because that person is famous and they don't like them is a much worse specimen of the human race than Paris Hilton could ever be. All you idiots can go get bent.
WelshBluebird
Can you see it now? I really don't think it can be made any larger or bolder. Neowin forum posters: Dumber than your average internet denizen. 3 days in the normal period for people who violate their probation order. Fine. But come on, she was driving while under the influence of alcohol and was so banned from driving. Then, not only does she ignore the ban, and go driving with a suspense license, but she was doing double the speed limit. Any other person who wasn't famous (like me or you) who did all that, probably would have had to serve more than 3 (or 5) days.

Pierce28
According to the post on CNN.com, an insider said that it was due that she refused to eat most of the food they gave her. Wow.. just wow. Can you be even more of a spoiled brat? Just because you're rich doesn't mean you're better than everyone else. She needs a good slap and be put back into REGULAR jail. None of this "special needs" BS. She is a citizen of the United States, and should treated equally as the rest of us.

PatrickR43
Im not suprised. besides the fact she is white also. Plus, there are many racists who do hate crimes against asians, blacks or any minorities who dont even spend time in jail let alone less than 5 days. So, you think she is above the law? That she can buy her freedom the way no "regular" American citizen can? She was found guilty in a court of law, how do you think its a BS sentence? The only thing Paris is going to 'learn' from her 72 hours in prison is that she can buy her way out of anything.
