Changes:

Fixed the 'article not on server' bug;

A progress pop-up will appear while changing groups;

Replaced the servers and groups selection area with a hierarchical tree;

New setting allows the decoder to run with priority 'Idle' so it will use less CPU time when you need your CPU for other applications;

Using the Apply button in the preferences screen will now also reflect graphical changes in the main window;

Fixed the 'invert selection' bug;

Fixed the 'yDecoder stops working' bug;

Downloading text files will no longer overwrite any existing textfile with the same name;

Downloading yEnc encoded binaries will no longer overwrite any existing file with the same name;

New installation software;

All articles are marked New after a full update;

Fixed the inverted order of the 'Grab first' option

Fixed the 'Decoder hangs' bug;

PopupMenus will no longer popup when there is no item selected;

Retry and Timout values are now per server settings;

New dog bone icons (created by Stephen Hunter).
