Hehe, only Mobile Suit Gundam was before Mobile Suit Gundam Zeta series wise. Though there's also "Advance of Zeta" which is about the Titans testing several mobile suits/armors, etc.

Wait! I was actually talking about the movie Mobile Suit Gundam 0083: Stardust Memory which provided a backstory for the rise of the Titans! :p I tried watching every series, ova, and movie that had to do with the U.C timeline. But also every other Gundam except SD.

^Oh yeah, how could I forget about that. Well, I was only thinking about the full series with my previous post. Because in that case, there's also "Mobile Suit Gundam: The 08th MS Team", "Mobile Suit Gundam 0080: War in the Pocket" and "Mobile Suit Gundam MS IGLOO".

No, no! I love em dude! :p It was one of the side stories I fell into most interests with. He came a long way up in 12 episodes. :p

Sorry, I messed up some words :p

^There has been plenty of things going on. Though I've been busy with school and other personal things regarding my family. I was also getting bored of the reposts from Gundam Guy's blog. The thread basically turned out to be a thread where we'd post stuff that's been posting on his blog without having discussions about it.

In the March 2008 issue of Animage magazine, Chiaki Morosawa explained that a plot outline had been created but she had fallen ill due to cancer and required continuous treatment. The project has been placed on indefinite hiatus, with Morosawa asking that fans please continue to wait. So yeah, there's nothing new regarding that project.

Same thing goes for Origin, there's no news about it other than the things that have already been posted here.

Though there's been loads of news in the Gunpla world ever since this thread got quiet. Lots of MG 1/100 Gunpla is going to be released next year and many of those are UC Gunpla (A HUGE PLUS!). Among those Gunpla is even a MG 1/100 Sinanju Stein which I'd LOVE to get.

Though I'm first planning on getting all the UC Gundam from Amuro, Kamille and Banagher Link their time. I already have the RX-78-2 and the Zeta Gundam. The following ones will be the RX-178 Gundam Mk-II, RX-93 Nu Gundam Ver. Ka, Hiyaku Shiki, ZZ Gundam, Unicorn Gundam and a Rick Dias.

I wanted to have a shelve dedicated for only UC "Titan" (the ones that had lots of meaning in their respective series) Gunpla.

Yeah how did your build go? For the Zeta? You've still have to post those pics! lol. I on the other hand.. just don't have anything to build. But if I was I was going to go build the MG AGE-2 Double Bullet.. whenever they are going to release it. I'm not giving my hopes up yet.

^The only picture I took while building it is the one that I showed. It turned out pretty awesome though but the decal on the chest is a bit messed up. I touched it too many times while trying to find a proper pose for the Gunpla, which made parts of the decal disappear onto my thumb :p It was pretty hard to find a proper pose for the Zeta Gundam. Though it's now standing next to my RX-78-2 as if they're seeing something horrific happening while having their beam sabers ready to go into battle.

I'll take a photo of it when there's more daylight in my room.

^True that! Can't wait to see it with panel lining though. I know it's a prototype unit so it's supposed to look pale like that. But panel lining would make it look even more awesome IMO.

I hope they illness is eased, they've done an amazing job and I wish they could continue producing so many ideas that I'd love to explore, especially in the U.C timeline, although Unicorn is doing amazing on that part.

Kinda want that PG 1/60 Gundam Astray LV, it's so gorgeous, only because of the color ways, forget LV itself. I honestly adore the Banshee than the Unicorn. I might work with building my own Gundams once I move out!

^The UC timeline is the one that I find the most interesting as well. If they make new stories set in UC than I hope they're not going to follow Gundam Thunderbolt's bloated weapons. They should also have the same character style and whatnot as the ones before Victory Gundam. Victory Gundam almost looks as if it's said in a different timeline unfortunately.

Though Tomino new project "G-Reko" is said to be set 1000 years in the future of UC Timeline.

    • Limited time Prime Day deal cuts price of this Hisense 65" 4K smart TV in half by Ivan Jenic It’s Amazon Prime Day, and brands are offering great deals to consumers. One of the best deals of the day is definitely this Hisense 65" U7, which is currently $799.99 on Amazon, down from $1,499.99. That's nearly 50% off and $700 saved on this feature-packed 4K TV (purchase link down below). The U7 uses Mini-LED backlighting with up to 3,000 local dimming zones and up to 3,000 nits of peak brightness. That means blacks are truly deep and highlights are punchy enough to hold up even in bright rooms. The screen is covered with a dual-layer anti-reflection coating, which prevents the afternoon overhead lights from washing the picture. For gaming, the native 165Hz refresh rate and VRR 330 support make this one a great TV option for PS5 and Xbox Series X. The TV even features a native game mode, which should help minimize the input lag for a better gaming experience. Audio is handled by a 2.1.2 channel system tuned by Devialet, which is a notable partnership for a TV at this price. Additionally, Dolby Vision IQ, Dolby Atmos, and IMAX Enhanced are all supported. It runs Fire TV with Alexa+ built in. So, if you’re looking for a sharp, large screen to watch the World Cup on, the U7 at this price is definitely an attractive option. Speaking of which, Hisense is the official sponsor of the World Cup, which should mean absolutely nothing to you, and isn’t the reason why you should by this TV. The reason why you should buy it is that it’s “la bella televisione, HDTV-compatible, beautiful,” and available at half the price. • Re: Capitalism. It's just 1 of dozens of economic models currently-adopted worldwide; most national models separate money from politics thereby limiting the influence wealth carries over the economy (due to limited tentacles wealth politics has over the broader economy). The "American model" of unfettered financial influence should NOT be the variant of pure capitalism adopted worldwide. More regulations formulated within this variant is effectively useless due to the misalignment between regulatory objectives and fundamental influence wealth politics carry over the market. Re: enough money. Without constraining the breadth/depth/scope/scale that any measure of money/wealth can have within a market, there will always inherently be those who have "enough money" and those who do not. Those without "enough money" will always lose -- regardless if a bedroom DJ, indie developer, or million-dollar corporation going against a billion-dollar mega-corporation. The evil is the absence of guardrails against the influence of wealth; not the mere existence of wealth. Re: dragged through the courts. The liberalist nature of litigation does not exclude anyone, anywhere, for any reason for getting dragged through the courts. Rather than formalize remediation pathways for various perceived ills, everything is left up to flawed interpretations... and this is where a litigation-averse community fails to thrive (thus a losing proposition when dragged to courts). Everyone should have more protections and clear remediation strategies! Going to an alternate remediation arbitration is OK so long as the case review and remediation processes are clear and transparent. For corporations, hit them where it hurts: automatic financial penalties. (PS: This is where corporate risk management strategies would do well to behave more ethically.) Overall, failure to truly shake-up the incentive core and regulatory extremities of the economic market will necessarily mean that all other actions are simply applying lipstick on a pig. Change begins from the inside. Is the root cause of the problem that a majority of consumers within a market goes for Option Brand-name versus Option Indie? Or that brand-name is spending foreign money to control domestic markets? Or that money is the objective measure for success across all walks of life? Or that deep pockets dictate the moral and ethical rights/wrongs of entire societies? Regardless of the answer (and there's nothing inherently wrong with being a socialist or communist or whatever label your surroundings deem 'cool' or 'uncool') there's a common thread: If a market truly wants to nurture domestic innovation, then performative finger-wagging will do nothing to that end.
