mrchetsteadman Posted April 30, 2011 Share Posted April 30, 2011 I took a few videos with my phone and when I transferred them to my computer and watch them the volume is EXTREMELY low to the point where you would swear the audio is missing. paganinio Posted September 3, 2011 Share Posted September 3, 2011 Your phone's microphone (the thing that records sound) is not high end enough to be able to capture household sound/conversations. You can try to set the volume in your phone's video camera settings but this is likely to record more noise at the same time. The key concept is the SNR (Signal to Noise Ratio).
