Sega has revealed that layoffs have hit a number of its western studios, including Total War maker Creative Assembly. Company of Heroes and Age of Empires IV studio Relic is now independent.

Relic Entertainment has revealed Company of Heroes 3 with two brand new trailers. While the game is slated to launch next year, the studio is giving everyone a chance to try out a Pre-Alpha Preview.
THQ is apparently no more; the publisher has reportedly been broken up with its many upcoming games and development studios bought by a number of different companies.
The team behind the popular Humble Indie Bundle "pay what you want" game events have launched a new deal which gives folks a way to pay what they want for several THQ titles.
