Three major Xbox games are hitting the Nintendo Switch 2 in 2026

Microsoft"s recently kicked-off multiplatform journey for its Xbox games wing has already brought some of its releases to the PlayStation 5. However, it has yet to do that for the Nintendo camp. That"s changing soon. Today, during the latest Partner Showcase Nintendo Direct livestream, Bethesda"s Todd Howard appeared as a last surprise to reveal the release dates of two of its biggest games on the hybrid console and announce a brand-new port.

First up is the Nintendo Switch 2 version of Fallout 4: Anniversary Edition, which will be released on the platform on February 24.

Bethesda"s Fallout 4: Anniversary Edition landed in 2025 across PC, Xbox, and PlayStation platforms, celebrating the RPG"s tenth birthday. It carries the award-winning base game, alongside the Far Harbor, Nuka-World, and Automatron expansions, as well as the Wasteland, Vault-Tec, and Contraptions Workshop additions for base building. The edition also brought in Creations to Fallout 4 via an in-game menu, letting players jump into community-created add-ons to customize their game without needing to even leave the game.

Meanwhile, MachineGames" latest action game, Indiana Jones and the Great Circle, now has a May 12 release date on the Nintendo Switch 2. Set between the events of Raiders of the Lost Ark (1981) and Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade (1989), the game follows Indiana on a new adventure across the world that includes Vatican City and the Giza pyramids.

Lastly, the recent remaster of the hit Bethesda fantasy RPG, The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion, was announced for the Switch 2 today. Unfortunately, a release date was not announced, but it will be hitting the new console sometime in 2026.

The remaster touts overhauled visuals, modernized combat, new character customization options, combat animations, leveling, and many more upgrades, while keeping the original campaign and questlines intact.
