I have been driving myself nuts today trying to find a template that will allow me to create checklists for IT projects I am involved in. Since this is only to help me be sure I don't skip a step in the processes here I am just looking for something free that I can either use Access (2013) or SQL Server Developer's edition on Linux. It need not be fancy, richly featured, etc. I just need something to keep the records as I check off the boxes for each segment.
