bitdefender 2019 vs norton security

Currently using bitdefender total security 2019, originally upgraded from free windows defender.

Is bitdefender 2019 better than norton security?

Besides the backup option, what's more unique on norton security? who provides better security updates?

According to the chart, both Symantec and Bitdefender blocked 100% of the test results, but Symantec had four false positives while Bitdefender had none.

 

In my experience from the consumer standpoint, Bitdefender is less resource intensive and I've always preferred their product over Symantec.

In my opinion it's not worth shelling out $ for security software as Windows Defender is good enough especially if your a bit cautious on what you do on your PC.
