Bruinator
I was wondering if all or most car alarms are hocked up to its own individual fuse? TIA
sc302 Veteran Posted November 14, 2018 Veteran Share Posted November 14, 2018 Should be. If aftermarket, it could be piggybacked off of another fuse/not run direct to battery or another fuse location. Either way, it will have its own fuse even if it is piggy backed. The alarm I'm sure was piggybacked through the radio (which was also aftermarket along with the whole stereo system); something went wonky with the alarm at some point and it WOULD NOT turn off unless he pulled the radio /end rant
