I've updated the IconPackage, changed a few icons, so the link may not work for awhile since WinCustomize needs to review it again and I don't know how long that will take...

Hey, I'm a total newbie at this stuff. I just downloaded the file but I'm not sure how to actually apply the icons. I'm assuming I need an application cause the file has a .ip extension which my pc doesn't recognize. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks.
