I used your shellstyle to edit but when I put it to the theme and try to access Add/Remove Programs, I got some error.(see pic)

Chnaging to other thmes make it accesible again.

I'm absolutly sure I've put it in the correct place.

Do you know what is wrong?

you must have done something wrong. It might be the images. did you save it the right format? did you use resbuilder to edit the images? did you know that there are images that uses .png?

I want to remove the expand/collapse button.

yes i do. if you want to remove the colapce button just romove the image (in the image file) and just leave it transparent. or if you are using a bitmap just put the same colour as the background.
