Question: Gant Icons

I have seen these high quality GANT icons on everyones desktops. I am trying to find out where you can get them? I want them for my desktop as well as the IE toolbar. Where can I get them? How are they installed? Is there an install package or is it manual?

i'm using y'z toolbar for the iE, icon packager for regular program icons, and the icons you can find them on deviantart by manhattan i believe. would anyone tell me how i can convert the icon files to png so that i can use them for dock please?
