Text on the rightside of the icons

Lo,

I've been looking for a hack that will place the text from an icon, on the rightside of the icon like shown on this picture

(Yes this is gigatexel's Classix 10k 2.0 - thanks for making it btw, its fab :D)

Anyone has a clue how to do it? If so, please react.
