Recommended Posts

The Firefox nightly build that will be release today (shortly to be exact) will be the build that is released to the public on November 9, 2004 as Firefox 1.0. Just thought you guys would like to know and to upgrade to it because it will be the final.

That's what people call 'trolling'.

People here (not me) are satisfied and found Firefox to be best fit to their browsing preference and are not willing to change to Opera.

Yeah, I really doubt that no bugs will be in that nightly build. So they will be updating it in the next 2 days.

There are tons of bugs left. However, the 1.0 blockign bugs have been eliminated and this build will the the 1.0 gold.

I don't see how saying I prefer Opera is trolling, he didn't come in here and say Opera is better, Firefox sucks, you suck, or people that use Firefox are idiots.  But whatever.

Spiffy.  I'll be putting this on my new slipstreamed XP CD. :)

Awsome. Thanks for the confirmation Mr. Magoo (Y)

Quite a journey up till now though. I wouldn't even want to start thinking how much volunteer work has gone into the Fx project up to this point.

I installed a really old Phoenix build last night for kicks, its really quite amazing what Mozilla has done to the Gecko engine.

    • (macOS) Screen zoom was broken for me in beta 1 and it's now working properly in beta 2. In terms of performance and UI design/consistency, these betas are already much better than Tahoe.
    • Less powerful than a PS5 at twice the price! I wonder if they use that for marketing? Totally DoA.
