Help with LH aero style bar please

Hey all,

I am trying to make a Homescrren for my windows mobile phone with a Longhorn Aero-ish feel.

I tried to make the bar but the edges just are'nt comming out rite.. :crazy:

I am using Fireworks (know it beter than PS)

Here is the screenie:

see the bunked up bar....geeeh!

Here is the bar by itself:

the "extra" shine on the side edges suck!! and the transparent grey fade sucks too!!

Can someone help me clean it up and maybee a "howto"??
