(I see a full system tray) Try booting clean (run msconfig and use diagnostic mode) and then try. I wound up doing a repair reinstall of XP & now Autopatcher works fine. richardj Posted July 6, 2007 Author Share Posted July 6, 2007 O noI'm having the same problem there got to be the other way I'm not going to reinstal windows It's not that big of a deal, just boot your system from the Win XP CD & follow the prompts. Follow the prompts to install a fresh copy of XP until it shows you that you already have XP installed & asks if you want to repair it. You'll lose the installed Updates & MIGHT have to reinstall your printer software & some "tweaks"-- like if you changed your virtual memory.
