cant we just put something on there that she wouldnt want to taste instead of making her wear that goofy thing.

anita, got any tips? :)

hmmmm...josie was the only one who wore his collar after a particularly nasty surgery - he kept it on for a couple of weeks but then he was an angel . then it mysteriously disappeared and we never saw it again....you'd think it would appear after 20+ yrs . baby squeaky boy was good about his stitches after getting his nuts chopped off - he just wanted to be held. other than having a complaint kitty (yah right), nothing you do will keep the collar on or keep kitty from ripping the stitches out. we've had kitties rip the stitches out while on the way home from the vet. cadbury ate her staples after her bladder surgery...couldn't put a collar on her because bunnies will eat anything

it's a lost cause....try to keep an eye on her and maybe do what you can to keep her occupied

good luck
