The wallpaper can be downloaded here

The clock is Elegant Clock. The config file was edited to change the default fontface to Segoe UI Light

The Shutdown/Log Off/Restart/Sleep buttons are from Omnimo 4.0 - they are in WP7\Textitems\Extra\PowerButtons

The weather bit is FlatWeather

The Calendar is likeTango Beta 0.7. The background and gradient sections were commented out in the config file as they didn't fit the style I was after.

Finally, the Recycle Bin is from Recycle Bin for Circuitous

I'm glad to hear IconPackager still works alright; I'd hate to change all the icons by hand, lol.

@Marshall - 7conifer looks like a useful program, but it seems limited to the taskbar and startmenu?
