I'm glad to hear IconPackager still works alright; I'd hate to change all the icons by hand, lol.

@Marshall - 7conifer looks like a useful program, but it seems limited to the taskbar and startmenu?

Yeah I forgot that the program is limited to the taskbar and startmenu.

Iconpackager works pretty well, though it always reverts my default .exe icon to a generic/blank icon, no matter what pack I choose. Win7 SP1 64bit
