Still trying to figure out how to get this uxtheme patched. Making due with what I got at the moment.

I'm running win 7 sp 1. Have tried everything from here, and this. Another thing, how are you guys getting your taskbar icons centered?

to use 3rd party themes you'll want to use the Universal Theme Patcher it works like a charm :)

and for the centered taskbar icons, that's easy, it's a new toolbar that points to a empty folder positioned to the left of the icons

Here's mine:

Mirror's Edge was my inspiration this month, along with bit of Metro and WP7. :p

It's not really a theme, just a start orb called METRO (http://fav.me/d3nz87c) and the wallpaper can be found here http://matteomazzali.files.wordpress.com/2009/03/21-the-city-8.jpg. The rainmeter skin is called Simple Media (http://fav.me/d3img0c) but I've customized all of the colours myself. :p

Well...With Neowin down for a bit, I took inspiration from when PSN went down. Like the US military, I got something done lol :p

Anyways, just a few tweeks. Still working at customizing Fedora 15 Gnome 3. So far, nothing too exciting.

    • Onwards to Windows 12 then lol.
    • There is a long thread (128pgs and counting) that I've been following over at ElevenForums that has a method for updating Secure Boot even if there is no BIOS upgrade. I've used this method and had zero issues. NOTE:  I do not take any responsibility if this or any other Secure Boot method bricks your system -- YMMV!  Read carefully before using!
    • Yes, yes, YES, thank you AMD. Now display audio, night light, cleartype, etc, all work again.
