Was anyone else shocked at the blatant Ford advertising in the most recent episode!? Something like - long sweeping shot of car going around corner, scene cuts to inside car and something like "this car handles so well around corners, you know it automatically slows down when it senses...".

This is the state of TV now!

At the end of Episode 8, was that a real gun?

And also, on the sword was written, John House?

Was that his father or grandfather?

Because I don't remember any kind of that name mentioned previously

I think it was a real gun. After Wilson left, the pencil went down all the way. No idea about the Sword, though. I didn't even see a name on it.

Hmmm.. I thought the same about the gun.

On the sword, there is a name most probably, John House.

yea i saw the same thing on the sword and reading on the net, most think both the gun and the sword were his fathers, marine

edit- from http://house.wikia.com/wiki/John_House

In the episode Perils of Paranoia at the final scene House was checking his closet, he put back his gun and then he grabbed a sword. He unsheathed it slightly, revealing the engraved name of his father with the Engravers' Old English typeface.

Neither 4 nor 8.

Six :p

No, just four more. Last night was Body and Soul. There's only 22 episodes total and Body and Soul was episode 18.

I really hope that

Wilson

doesn't die.

The last episode is calling Everybody Dies. Suggests Wilson or another major character probably dies. Or am I reading to much into it?

Side note: it is a nice title, the first episode was called Everybody Lies.

I wonder how this is gonna end. Can't believe what's happening to Wilson...

I don't want it to end :(

Me either. But the show hasn't been the same for a long time. For the first three seasons, the show put an emphasis on the patient and what was wrong with them, but then after House had to start searching for a new team, the show started paying more attention to the people around House and their relationships. There were some decent episodes after that, but the real good days of House had already passed.

My absolutely favorite episode of House is, "One Day, One Room." Brilliant episode.

House: They're out there, doctors, lawyers postal workers some of them doing great some of them doing lousy. Are you going to base your whole life on who you got stuck in a room with?

Eve: I'm going to base this moment on who I'm stuck in a room with. It's what life is. It's a series of rooms and who we get stuck in those rooms with adds up to what our lives are.

If that's the same episode I'm thinking of, I think it's my favorite as well. There was a lot of religious debate / intriguing dialogue.

Sounds like the one.

This girl comes in, you can tell that something bad has happened to her. She demands to have House as her doctor. You find out she was raped, and she's pregnant. House treats her and of course he's his usual self, but at the same time, I think he does some self reflecting by the end of the episode. It was just a great episode that asked the audience, nay, demanded the audience to put themselves in both their shoes.

I cannot believe House is almost over for good. :( I will be so sad.

Did anybody see the episode yesterday? It was great. Such a range of emotions. I think House and Wilson's bromance is cute. The end was especially hilarious when House left those pictures on Wilson's computer.

    • BS, I've yet to run into a typical pc user that uses it at all, let alone half the population.

    • The site is pretty sparse on features / tech specs. Can I plug it into a PC/hone/Switch via USB-C and use it as an external display? If so, what's the virtual resolution of the screen, the refresh rate, PPI of the image etc? Is the text crisp enough to use for coding at say 12pt? Is it good enough for playing dark games, like say Path of Exile 2? How about fast games like car racing games? Just how do they expect anyone to order this thing without giving out all this info?
