Although I wouldn't swear at the guy, it looks like he's selling them so that he can gain enough money to buy a new computer. His prices are honestly way too high for themes that are only "OK". I don't much care for any of his work, and I wouldn't certainly pay close to $7 US per theme. IMHO, there are plenty of free themes out there that are much better than his work. But that's just me. :)

The worst about it all is that he's selling that visual style without it even being him that created the graphics. The theme is based on a mockup done by Yacine29 (http://yacine29.deviantart.com/gallery/#/d3axzxw)

Also, I'm rather confident that one of the other themes he also sells is also a rip-off from a mockup by Yacine29.

The missing part of the recycle bin icon is a graphical artefact - the missing part was covered by the localhostr upload window. Hm.
