Add "Celsius" option in Accuweather change location window

Add Aero Blur Effect for every control. (vista/win7/8)

Rainmeter killer :)

1. Full Visual skin editor.

2. More easy to use.

3. More Lower system resoures(CPU/RAM) usage.

4. Full Animation support.

Really like this. Looks interesting!

One problem, though - the weather widget claims it's 55c in my location... which is waaay wrong seeing as I'm from the UK! :p

Right click to change location and C/F Degree Unit (Change location left-bottom corner )
