They are on https for a long long time. This is a service disruption, not an update. Updates are rolled out in clusters. Should not affect everybody all at once. None of my US and India accounts are working.

I'm getting this, and I live in Lakewood, WA, so it isn't isolated. I have it set up with my e-mail client though and I haven't received any error messages when it syncs.

i just recieved an email. my phone beeped. So it means its syncing correctly. just the site page is having problems.

I'm currently getting an error saying the "site may be experiencing issues" when I try to login to Hotmail.com or Live.com. I've tried from multiple PCs. Anyone else?

Windows Live sites appear to be having issues at the moment. I can login to WLM, but not Zune client/site, hotmail or any other service that uses my Live ID.

All i'm getting on login is:
