Question
SuperKid
Hi guys, I got a MySQL Config file here I want optimizing for:
Windows Server 2008 r2 64-bit
18GB Memory
Core i7 920 CPU
My.ini:
I can't get it to read my basedir or datadir now, it just won't read it so no users or tables are showing anymore, what is wrong? and what settings should I use?
EDIT: Moved the basedir and datadir down the very bottom and it read it fine now, what the hell was that all about I had it at top before and worked just fine, weird. But still any recommendations for optimizing?
EDIT 2: I fixed most of the issues now, I configured InnoDB settings, deleted all the ibdata files and log files (after exporting database) then reimported the database. Seems to have done the trick.
Matt.
