[issue] WP7 Music Marketplace stays in background?

This is really the first time I experimented with the Zune marketplace, just to look around on my phone and I starting trying out a song; a few hours later I have to adjust the volume and I realize that the song is on pause in a drop-down menu (when adjusting sound). When I hold the " <- " the marketplace is not shown as one of the open windows/apps. When I go into the marketplace again it just returns to the main marketplace screen. I am basically lost as far as how to remove the Zune marketplace preview song from my screen every time I adjust my volume.

Its a feature, it stays there so you can cycle through your play list while not having to be in zune. Although it is strange you cant clear it your self natively., you can clear it by downloading this from the market: http://www.windowsph...ed-d349a227a7d6

Thank you I'm downloading it now, I do find it weird you cannot clear it yourself, glad you agree.

Or you can power cycle your phone >.<

I also find it quite irksome :p
