Not really an introduction but rather a re-introduction I guess.

Capric0rn was my former nickname. The reason why I changed it to Jamushroom is because I felt like I wanted to have a more original/unique name.

Each time when I wanted to register for a site/service the name Capric0rn would already be taken. Granted that it wasn't an original name and it's being used all over the web by others, it was becoming somewhat of a nuisance.

Then at some point last year I was brainstorming with a mate of mine and he told his little brother my real name. His little brother couldn't pronounce my real name so he called me Jamushroom Paper.

At that point it hit me that that should probably be my nickname. Thankfully it wasn't taken on any site/service that I use and I've been registering myself with this name on new services since then.

The links in my signature still all have their old usernames/links but will be changed to the new ones. Twitter is the first one that has been changed.

One thing's for sure, it feels weird to change my nickname on the web, haha.

Your old name has familiarity (something about the way I sound it out because of the 0s for Os), your new name is a fresh change though.
