[Windows 7] Change "main display" with a single click?

Hello!

I'm using 2 displays/monitors/screens/whatever and because one of them is a 32 TV Monitor I use it to watch TV/play videos games or I prefer playing games on the big screen I have to swap between main displays almost all the time just to have access system tray, quick launch icons , etc.

I was wondering if I could swap between main display with a click or a keyboard shortcut or any program that can mirror the taskbar to both displays and not just extend it (Ultramon)

In case you are wondering what I'm talking about see the attached image

Note: I do not want to duplicate displays.
