garethevans1986
Hi Looking for a laser, all in one, colour printer recommendation for my company. I'm not fussed on speeds but both duplex and network connection would be ideal. Budget ?250-?300? Thanks GE Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/1069080-uk-laser-printer-recommendation/ Share on other sites

Mr Bridger
We are moving to Brother 4140CN's. They seem very reliable and cheap to run. Link to comment https://www.neowin.net/forum/topic/1069080-uk-laser-printer-recommendation/#findComment-594788404 Share on other sites
dfuk
The single most important thing is to cost the toner as you will find that it may cost more for the replacement toners, 4 in a colour laser than the initial cost of the printer. Also check yeald as some are only a few hundred pages. HawkMan
The only printers that are cheaper than full toner replacement is cheap low end consumer lasers that sell with 25 to 50% full toners. As for yield. Except for the absolute smallest printers the small toner packs are usually at least 900 pages. 2000-3000 average and 6000 or more of XL versions. As for brother, they are cheap, but I wouldn't recommend them, most of them are lower quality LED printers, their quality also isn't that good. I'd recommend one of the SMB HP printers, the cheaper consumers ones aren't made t handle the monthly use of actual office use.
