Yeah I'm curious as to who did the number crunching and decided it would make for good business to open up shop. I always assumed people brought what they needed with them, not that you could pop into a Dick's Sporting Goods down there to pick up a spare jacket or tent if you left yours at home.

I knew of the ATM in Antartica but I did not know that the ATM in Ein Bokek (Which I have been to) was the lowest. If I would have known at the time. I would've withdrew some cash :D Maybe the ATM operator needs to put a sign up of this fact, they would collect so much more ATM operator fees if tourists would realise this fact.

everyone send location requests!!!!

People think when you become a scientist you eat for free? *facepalm*.

No, I assumed that when stationed - cash would not be paid for what I also assumed would be mostly caffeteria meals, which would be part of your package.

Stop assuming you know what people are thinking *facepalm*

Feels like some side-quest in an RPG :p

The end of the world is coming at the most desolate place on the world, you're the single soul that braves to go there and fix it, and guess what - a random guy pops up and still wants to trade :D

Take out the end of the world (unless that's something we don't know about Antarctica yet) and it's really like that :D

Great, now next time I'm desperately searching an ATM I won't help but think of these forsaken but comparatively enabling places!

    • There is a huge portion of the Windows users who use a cooperate provided computer, which means they are using an organization provided username and not a Microsoft username. Also, they users may not be allowed to install a 3rd party browser, so this would be perfect for them.
    • COBOL itself is not the problem. Code that has been bodged and kludged over decades but still somehow runs is probably the sort of Gordian knot that even AI can't necessarily unravel.
    • Nice devices but my Surface Pro 9 got bricked from a Windows Update efter only three years. Never buying a device from MS again.
