I currently use Unison as my primary News Browser on my iMac, but when I want to download an NZB, I generally leave it to SabNZBd sitting on my File Server. Both of these pieces of software are GREAT at what they do. Sab outdoes Unison with NZB, PAR & RAR tasks, but Unison outdoes Sab in-that it can actually browse Usenet and 'Quicklook' at binaries without requiring Downloads to the Local File System.
That said, I've recently setup an ESXi Server at home and am looking for a News Browser for Windows and have yet to be able to find anything that comes even close to Unison.
Was just wondering if you guys had any ideas and also curious as to what the average Neowiner uses as their primary Usenet Client.
I don't use Edge... Yes, why wouldn't I want fixes and security updates faster? It looks like there is at least 3 people just in this comment thread that are OK with this.
I use Linux and one applies updates when they wish and it can be done on Windows by setting updates for overnight or pausing updates. People will complain about anything.
I used it yesterday to create an ISO, then I mounted it just to check the build number, and it was 26200.8653 which I couldn't find any info about, I knew the latest Patch Tuesday biuld was 26200.8655.
Can Confirm, this only appears to happen on Edge installed on Android, No issue on Chrome, Firefox, Samsung Browsers.
Android 16
Samsung OneUI 8.5
Newest Releases of Each Browser (Edge, Firefox, Chrome, Samsung Browser)
This happens both With and Without my VPN being active.
Yay, a forced new tab telling everyone edge just updated with a load of advertising in it twice as often as we currently get it. That'll never be abused. 😏
