Windows Live Mail not updating calendar

So in Windows Live Mail, it decided not to update my calendar.

I did have my hotmail account connected to Facebook which imported everyone's birthdays. However, when I removed people as "friends" from facebook then it hasn't removed their birthday from the calendar.

So used the old browser method to delete the facebook/hotmail link. I then went back to Windows Live Mail and sent/recieved all calendars, but old people's birthdays are still there. Do I have to remove the whole account from Windows Live Mail, then re-ad it for it to get rid of old entries?

I would suggest deleting the account completely from Windows Live Mail. You may even want to uninstall it and find the hidden folders where all of the data files are and delete those. I had to do that to remove some old messages which I couldn't delete no matter what. This allowed me to re-install Windows Live Mail and did a complete re-sync of all of the data which was on the web.

That's a lot of hassle :/

Do you know where the hidden folders are? I tried deleting the account and then re-adding it but it's still there.
