Possible with to go straight to Kinect Hub after turning on?

I haven't used my Xbox 360 in a while, I'd like to just use it for media. Is it possible to have it automatically start up in kinect hub so that my parents can have easy access to the zune marketplace to rent videos?

I don't have a Kinect, but isn't the updated dashboard entirely usable with Kinect?

Just update to latest dashboard, there is no separate kinect hub anymore.
