I'm in love with this game. And since I'm not a Diablo or Max Payne player, I think I'll be playing this for a while. :yes:

I really love it as well. It reminds me a whole lot of FireFly. Whenever I play as the good guys, I just always imagine that I'm in the FireFly universe lol.

One thing to really respect the devs on in this day of age, is that they have announced that all map pack dlc will be free. They don't want to split the player base in any way.

That really is a breath of fresh air!

Yep, got quite a few extra DLC which i wasn't expecting.

First impressions so far are that i prefer Warhawk but i need to play more of it to gauge it properly. I like that you can create buildings when you need them but i think it slows the game down too much for me. I know there's supposed to be a Blitz mode which has buildings preloaded but with them being destructible i still think it distracts my attention from killing the other team to just maintaining the buildings. This also means that if you don't have different types of people in your team, many of the team could just be camping in your base the entire time instead of going to get the flag.

I also think that when you're about to build something, there should be some kind of counter/map somewhere showing you how many of those buildings already exist. With a lot of new players, there's a lot of duplicate buildings. Maybe not for turrets and beam towers though because it would be obvious why you would have many of them.

Also, i'm finding some of the maps (only tried 3 so far) a bit dark and difficult to see what's happening from a distance. With Warhawk the maps seemed to be fairly bright so even with a hawk or a tank it was obvious where other people were even from long range.

I like that it still has splitscreen online and that now the other person can use their PSN ID. As i've mentioned before, my brother and i played Warhawk a lot together so this is really important to me. I also like the soundtrack which sounds very Firefly like.

Well, those are my first thoughts, I think i'm too used to playing in the Warhawk style that is causing me to play differently. I don't doubt that the more i play of it, the more i'll like and get used to it.
