I know this isn't strictly only windows phone stuff, but holy **** I love my case: https://www.speckproducts.com/smartphone-cases/htc/pixelskin-hd-for-htc-hd7.html

As many of you probably already know, the HD7 is pretty much a piece of **** when it comes to build quality. It's made out of cheap flimsy plastics, doesn't have gorilla glass (instead it has some cheap thin one) and the only piece of metal in the phone is on the sides).

This case cost me $25 from T-Mobile and in the 1 1/2 or so years I've used my HD7, it's been amazing. It isn't a hard shell case like Otterbox (it's just rubber / silicone), but even though I've dropped my phone onto concrete / the pavement like 6 times now from waist height (blame my dog) it doesn't have a single noticeable scratch, dent and nor has the screen shattered.
